Food is not just “to eat” but above all “to live”.

My name is Matteo, I am an enthusiast and a serial griller.

I present myself under the banner Food Propaganda and I do not represent yet another soulless cuisine.

I organize BBQs (American and traditional grills), themed events at different locations, small catering, home dinners and cooking classes, occasions where taste, discovery and conviviality come together.

I live with the philosophy of authentic cuisine, without frills and free from passing fads, through which I tell the story of a territory (not only Liguria) and I profess the grill as a religion!

Because ultimately, eating well, having fun and exploring something new is what really matters!
