If your idea of BBQ is a vague memory of charred sausages, burnt-on-the-outside, raw-on-the-inside ribs, and smoke in your eyes, prepare for a… shall we say, more defined alternative.
From ribs that will have you washing off grease all the way to your elbows (and I make no apologies for that: that’s how real flavor is), to cuts of meat that will probably impress your guests (hopefully they’re not too concerned about appearance), to an “American BBQ” experience so cliché you might see unlikely cowboy hats appearing in the distance.
Look, I’m serious about the grill, in my own way.
Don’t expect any idle chatter about the “culinary journey” of the chicken leg: here we get to the point (or almost).
If you are tired of the usual burnt and tasteless meat, I could be your unexpected surprise.
I don’t promise miracles, but I certainly won’t offer you yet another badly done barbecue. Let’s say I have a… pragmatic approach to fire and meat.
If you’re brave enough to abandon your BBQ certainties that you’ve endured up until now and want to find out what I mean by “seriously” (with the appropriate quotation marks), it’s time to take the plunge and call me for your barbecue.
What am I cooking?
Well, it depends on what kind of “fire party” you like the most! We can go for “ignorant” BBQ, the one where greasy meat is the queen and sauces drip everywhere, without too many compliments and a great desire to relax.
Or we can opt for a grill with premium cuts, perhaps with some gourmet touches and hyper-marbled cuts that can be cut with a fork and melt in the mouth.
And last but not least in terms of goodness and importance, there is the American BBQ with its long cooking times, the smokiness that enters your soul, the spices that give that unmistakable flavour of the overseas style.
How does my BBQ work?

You tell me what you like, I suggest some menus and if you don’t like anything or want to change something I’ll make you a custom menu. Once you choose the day, I arrive a couple of hours early to prepare everything that I can’t prepare before, I light the grill, and off we go!
How much notice is required?
To organize your evening in the best possible way, you must let me know at least a week in advance.
What do you need to have a BBQ party?
It depends a bit on the menu you choose and the level of service, but the most important thing is that you have an outdoor area and that you can light a BBQ and make a bit of smoke without any problems whatsoever.
However, to organize ourselves better, I always do a virtual inspection through some videos on WhatsApp or with a video call. Eventually I come in person if there is the need
The equipment?
If you already have a BBQ in the garden, a brazier, a fireplace or similar things we will take this into account when formulating the menu and if I can avoid bringing my own equipment I will also save you something.
How many people do I grill for at your house?
It depends, if your guests are up to 8 people by default we do something served at the table where I will also take care of this detail. If you are more, and you want the same service I call reinforcements: I have a team of top collaborators.
If you are still a large group (up to 25 people) or you want something less stuffed, easier and more informal we can do a grill tour or a buffet service.

Grill anywhere?
Outside of a gas shed or barn, I generally won’t shy away from any location where a little smoke and flame is allowed. I grill pretty much anywhere!
So, whether it’s your garden, your terrace, your company, your countryside or your vineyard, you choose the place! And don’t worry, depending on where we are, we always find a way to adapt the menu for a perfect service.
How much do I cost you?
Let’s talk about prices? I don’t have a fixed price list like a telephone operator, but I’ll try to give you an order of magnitude of the figures by giving you an example for a BBQ in the garden at your home, with a table service managed by me, and a menu made up of 4/5 meat courses using my equipment. In this case, the cost is per person and does not include the cost of the raw material:
- 2 – 4 people: from 70 to 80 euros/person
- 5 – 8 people: from 50 to 60 euros/person
- 9 – 12 people: from 40 to 50 euros/person
- more than 12 people: Let’s talk about it to find the best solution.
For a more informal and simple service or buffet, we can agree and I will certainly give you a lighter price.
Instead, regarding the trip:
- Up to 30 km from Imperia: It’s included!
- 30 – 50 km from Imperia: from 30 to 50 euros extra.
- 50 – 100 km from Imperia: from 50 to 90 euros extra.
- Further away: We talk about it to find the
best solution.
