With regard to the purpose under 3), each Interested Party has the right to refuse the Data Controller, at any time, his/her consent to the processing, without this entailing detrimental consequences in the contractual relationship and/or for the execution of services requested by you before the conclusion of the contract itself.

Data relating to marketing activities will be retained until the interested party requests cancellation.

Personal data contained in the CVs will be processed for the time necessary to contact the candidate and begin the selection processes. CVs deemed irrelevant or uninteresting will be immediately deleted or destroyed.
